Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reason(s):
(a) non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- 1.3.5 – Ensures common names are provided using the HTML autocomplete list: The current HTML for our contact form does not use autocomplete code to provide alternative labels.
- 1.4.5 – Don’t use images of text: There are some images of text, these are screenshots demonstrating our software.
- 2.1.1 – Accessible by keyboard only: The website is not accessible by keyboard only, requiring the use of a mouse in addition to a keyboard.
- 3.1.1 – Page has a language assigned: The pages do not have languages assigned currently for speech recognition functions.
(b) the content is not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
- The website does not have time limits, therefore the requirement for time limits to have user controls is not relevant.
- There are no ‘Skip to Content’ links because we don’t have blocks that need to be bypassed on the website.
- The website does not have live videos.
- There is no content specifically visible on hover focus.
- There are no actions that involve clicking and dragging requited on the website.
- The language on any pages does not change at any point, disqualifying the need to notify users.
